Wow Wow Hawaiian Lemonade is on track to double its nationwide footprint in 2022 after increasing its store count by 25% in 2021. The Hawaii-based brand also achieved continuous sales increases year over year, Tim Weiderhoft, CEO, Wow Wow Hawaiian Lemonade, said in a company press release.

"As we continue to grow our footprint across North America, every new community we've entered has been extremely receptive of the Wow Wow brand," he said. "We're excited to bring Wow Wow to new markets in 2022, and we remain focused on existing franchisee profitability and finding the perfect franchise candidates to help us grow and spread the Aloha vibes across the country."

As consumers are becoming more health-conscious and sustainability-focused, Wow Wow is capitalizing on growing trends. In 2021, it signed franchise agreements to bring additional locations to Utah, California and Arizona, while also breaking into Nevada, Florida and Texas. In addition, Wow Wow sold out the state of Arizona, debuted a location with a drive-thru (Oro Valley, Arizona) and revamped its consumer app, which has since amassed over 67,000 loyalty members.

Wow Wow, which is targeting Florida, Texas, California and Nevada for expansion, expects the drive-thru model to be a larger part of its 2022 strategy.
