Wolfgang Puck opens fast casual brand in Hong Kong

Wolfgang Puck is opening his fast casual brand, Wolfgang Puck Kitchen, Oct. 9, at the arrivals hall in the Hong Kong International Airport. Collaborating with Lagardere Travel Retail, the restaurant mirrors its sister outlet in Changi Airport which opened in 2017.

Other fast casuals in Puck's portfolio include Wolfgang Puck Express and the Kitchen Counter, which are in airport terminals around the United States but also have a few international locations in Singapore and Sydney.
 
The Austrian chef, who began his culinary training at age 14 in Europe, opened Spago — his flagship fine dining restaurant — in 1982, in Hollywood, California. With dining concepts spanning over 50 locations from airports to hospitals, Puck will also oversee the kitchen operations and menu offerings for the Hong Kong restaurant.
