Chilly weather means hearty menu options.

With temperatures plummeting, restaurants are heating up their winter menus with hearty, comforting offerings. A sampling of winter menus rolling out across the country:
Zoup!is highlighting an unusual ingredient for National Soup Month – rattlesnake. Zoup! will add Rattlesnake Stew to its rotation the week of Jan. 19. The stew features rabbit and rattlesnake sausage, peppers, brown rice and spices.
Chipotle Shrimp Bisque will also join the lineup. The bisque is a creamy tomato soup with shrimp, peppers and vegetables blended to a puree.
Bruegger's Bagels is bringing back some seasonal guest favorites and introducing two new sandwiches to the winter menu: The Benedict and Classic Grilled Cheese.
The Benedict is Bruegger's Bagels' version of eggs Benedict, featuring a cracked egg, Canadian bacon and hollandaise sauce on a toasted plain bagel.
The new Classic Grilled Cheese sandwich features Muenster and cheddar cheeses on buttered sourdough bread.
Throughout the season, the bakery will also continue to offer the Pastrami, Egg and Swiss sandwich that debuted this past fall. Breugger's is also bringing back Maple Cream Cheese, French Toast Coffee and the 12-Grain Bagel.
The winter menu is available at bakeries nationwide through April 7.
Fazoli's three new Ultimate Bakes are now available for a limited time at only $6.99. Varieties include:

Fazoli's is also offering Red Velvet Cheesecake for $2.99 at participating locations, while supplies last.
