Wingstop debuts Chili Lime flavor

Wingstop has unveiled a new wing flavor, "Chili Lime," which combines smooth, fiery chilies with a refreshing burst of tangy lime, according to a company press release.

"This is a whole new way to experience Chili Lime," said President and CEO Charlie Morrison. "Our fans have come to expect one-of-a-kind flavors from Wingstop and our creative team of Wing Experts continues to deliver."

The arrival of Chili Lime comes just months after Mango Habanero wings were introduced in restaurants nationwide. The flavor became an instant favorite of Wingstop fans during the limited time it was available, said Morrison, who expects Chili Lime to be even more popular.

"Chili Lime scored even higher than Mango Habanero during taste tests, which has us ready for another cult flavor following across our chain," he said. "This flavor is designed for those who crave bold and exciting new flavors, and that perfectly describes Chili Lime. But they won't be around forever so guests need to get them before they're gone."

Wingstop is encouraging fans to share the Chili Lime love on social media through the use of the #ChiliLime hashtag.
