Wing Zone launches hot chicken concept

Wing Zone opened Wing Zone Hot Chicken and Wings Restaurant last week in Las Vegas featuring two Nashville Hot Chicken-inspired menu items: Hot Chicken Tenders and Hot Chicken Sandwiches. The entrees are served in four heat levels: no spicy, mild, medium and hot.

"Wing Zone Hot Chicken and Wings is an innovative reimagining designed to meet the evolving tastes and preferences of our customers while still staying true to our flavorful, delicious wings," CEO Ashley Morris said in a company press release. "We are eager to share our revamped menu featuring exciting new flavors like the Nashville Hot Chicken, a revitalized store design for enhanced customer experiences, and a branding refresh that encapsulates our dynamic future."

Focusing on consumer trends eating off-premise and through delivery, Wing Zone Hot Chicken and Wings prioritizes dry rub offerings, which deliver a more quality product when not eaten immediately. Innovative dry rub options at the 3.0 concept include Lemon Pepper Tajin, Spicy Thai, Nashville Hot and Salt and Vinegar. Elevated wing sauce options include Buffalo; Garlic Parm; Honey BBQ; Korean Chili; Spicy Buffalo Lemon Pepper and Zone Sauce, a blend of BBQ and Honey Mustard. The menu will also include the addition of Coleslaw, Mac & Cheese and Tater Tots.

The restaurant features a vibrant new color scheme using red as the primary color with black and white as secondary colors, which reflects Wing Zone's identity and values as a modern, irreverent brand and continues to lean into its aviation-inspired branding, Morris said

Founded in 1993, Wing Zone has 30 locations in North America and 60 restaurants internationally.
