Wing restaurants take flight as economy falters

MSNBC: Less expensive dining spots like wing restaurants have become some of the nation's fastest-growing chains, according to Restaurant Business magazine. Cincinnati-based Buffalo Wings & Rings is the nation's fastest-growing chain of franchised restaurants, the magazine said, with sales between $25 million and $50 million.
But higher prices charged by suppliers are cutting into profit margins, and high grain prices could spell problems for wing chains.
