Wing it On debuts thigh wings, 1st Georgia location

Waterbury, Connecticut-based Wing It On has rolled out thigh wings for a limited time, available in store, online or via the WIO mobile app. Third-party delivery sites DoorDash and UberEats will soon be taking orders as well.

"Our dedication and commitment to offering exceptional wings packed with amazing flavor for a great value is what our guests have come to enjoy and expect," Wing It On CEO and Founder Matt Ensero said in a company press release. "The thigh wing is a great addition to our wing offerings and a perfect fit for local foodies and wing fans looking for a crispy, meaty and delicious option."

Wing It On opening in Georgia

Thigh meat isn't the only change at Wing It On. The chain has opened its first Georgia location 8290 Roswell Rd. suite 200 in Sandy Springs, according to a company press release.

"Our dedication and commitment to exceptional wings, award-winning sauces and a phenomenal customer experience is a perfect fit for local foodies and wing fans in Sandy Springs," Ensero said. "The future looks bright for us here in Georgia."

Wing It On, which first opened in 2011, has six locations with two opening in the next couple of months.
