Chicken Salad Chick will launch a contest this week to find the perfect Southern voice for the brand. The winner's voice will be featured on all upcoming audio advertisements for the company, and he or she will also receive free Chicken Salad Chick for one year.
"We are thrilled to announce this contest to our guests and fans throughout the Southeast," said Founder Stacy Brown. "It will be so exciting to have a fan contribute to our brand in this way. We are confident that we will find a voice that embodies the Southern class and charm that our brand and restaurants exemplify."
In order to be eligible, entrants must fill out the official entry form and record themselves speaking a 30-second radio advertisement provided by the company. They must also be at least 18 years of age and cannot be an employee or family member of an employee of Chicken Salad Chick. The selected winner must be willing to travel to Auburn, Ala., for the recording sessions and be willing to release all usage rights to Simply Southern Restaurant Group LLC.
The winner will receive a gift card for the value of one Original Chick per week for 52 weeks. No other form of monetary compensation will be paid. More details and the entry form are at chickensaladchick.com/careers.
