May 29, 2020

Whataburger, based in San Antonio, with more than 830 locations in 10 states and sales of more than $2 billion annually, has rolled out delivery in most of its locations, according to a company press release. Customers may select delivery when ordering through the Whataburger App and at Whataburger.com.

They may not only select their delivery time but may pay and tip through the app as well. Users will also earn rewards and gain access to offers that can’t be found anywhere else, according to the release.

"Orders placed through the Whataburger App and website are sent directly to the kitchen, so delivery drivers can say bye to long waits in restaurant lobbies and customers can count on their orders to arrive quickly and accurately," the release said.

Delivery times vary based on location and availability of third-party delivery services. If delivery is not available at a given time, a customer will receive a message stating, "Delivery is not available."

Delivery prices vary by location and are listed on the checkout page where customers can review the details before placing their orders.

Whataburger was founded in 1950.
