Rise Brands has opened its first fast casual restaurant concept, Weenie Wonder, in Dublin, Ohio. Located in Bridge Park between its sister companies, Pins Mechanical Company and 16 Bit Bar + Arcade, the hot dog brand promises to deliver customers a "wonderfully weird experience" with menu items such as the Wonder Coney, Taco Crunch and Dumpster Dog. Inspired by founder Troy Allen's childhood growing up in Ohio, customers may load up their dogs with over 35 toppings and sauces including the signature Wonder Sauce, according to a company press release.
The menu also features Jojos, seasoned and fried thick potato wedges, as well as milkshakes, veggie dogs and mac 'n' cheese.
"Going for a coney and a milkshake with my grandpa is a defining memory of my childhood," Allen said in the release. "Weenie Wonder is inspired by that carefree sense of nostalgia — everything from our friendly staff and laid back vibe, to the snap of the hot dog when you take a bite."
The brand is also dedicated to quick service, as kiosks are inside Pins and 16-Bit allowing customers to order fast, skip the line and continue to play games at the sister concepts.
Established in 2013, Rise Brands develops immersive consumer engagements and brings the concepts to life through its brand experiences, such as 16-Bit Bar+Arcade, Pins Mechanical Company and No Soliciting.
