Frank Walsh has been appointed director of unit level field operations for East Coast Wings & Grill, according to a company announcement. Walsh will analyze unit-level procedures for inefficiencies and assist franchisees in maximizing their profits.
"Frank’s appointment is part of our effort to strategically move talent into roles that will enhance the brand’s ability to service our franchisees and drive the bottom line," CEO Sam Ballas said in the announcement. “Frank has shown an impeccable knack for streamlining our already tight unit-level operations and procedures. He understands our long term vision and is dedicated to helping sustain and grow our system. We look forward to his continued success with East Coast Wings & Grill for years to come.”
Walsh joined East Coast Wings & Grill in June of 2013 as a member of the company’s field division, where he was responsible for coordinating franchise unit inspections and consultations. Walsh also served as a liaison to the company’s director of training and national director of unit-level economics.
East Coast Wings & Grill has achieved 10 years of positive same-store sales and is set to average more than 23 percent new unit growth in 2014, according to the company.
