Wahlburgers expands into Washington D.C.

Wahlburgers, the Massachusetts-based burger franchise, is opening its first Washington, D.C. location.

"We look forward to serving D.C.'s diverse community and welcoming everyone from foreign ambassadors and elected officials to students and visitors," stated CEO Rick Vanzura in a release.

The 6,500-square-foot location is situated at 1 Dupont Circle and is the first of many new locations that will open in the D.C. and Maryland areas this year.
