Viva Chicken offering sign-on bonuses

Viva Chicken, a Peruvian rotisserie joint based in Charlotte, is offering sign-on bonuses of up to $400 at all 12 of its locations.

New employees completing 100 hours over the course of their first 30 days will receive $200, then an additional $200 after completion of 200 hours and 60 days, according to a company press release. After 90 days, they will receive a performance review for a potential pay increase.

In addition to the sign-on incentives, Viva Chicken team members may qualify for a bonus every year equal to one week's pay, upward mobility in the Viva Chicken organization and access to intentional employee support and development. The #VivaCares team approach also includes the Employee Assistance Program provided at no cost (100% confidential), which offers 24/7 crisis service, in-person sessions with a counselor, mental health, substance abuse, relationships or marital conflicts, according to the release.
