Vinaigrette Salad Kitchen enters Ohio

Vinaigrette Salad Kitchen opened its first Ohio location this month in Kenwood Towne Centre, 7747 Kenwood Road. The five-unit, Kentucky-based brand serves regionally sourced ingredients, including made-to-order salads, soups, grain bowls and seasonal lemonades, according to a company press release.

"Our mission is to bring wholesome food and a healthy ethos to the fast casual landscape, and we're thrilled to bring the Vinaigrette experience to the Cincinnati community," Co-Founder Bryce Anderson said in the release. "Our hope is that by dining at Vinaigrette, customers will receive a new level of satisfaction in the way their food is sourced, prepared and served."

In addition to its in-house dining experience, Vinaigrette offers catering options and has an online app to allow customers to order ahead.

"Eating well is an important piece to enjoying a vibrant life, and we believe people should be able to do just that in a convenient and affordable manner," Anderson said. "We're excited for the opportunity to further that mission through Vinaigrette's unique model."
