Verts expanding across New York City

June 6, 2017

Verts Mediterranean Grill has major expansion plans for the New York City area. In addition to its first New York location in the heart of Manhattan’s Flatiron District, it plans to open four additional NYC locations by the end of the year, according to a company press release.

The locations include a 2,300-square-foot unit at the base of L&L Holding Company's 222 Broadway; a 2,300-square-foot restaurant at DTH Capital and Rose Associate's 70 Pine; an 1,800-square-foot restaurant at Fisher Brothers' 1345 Avenue of Americas and a 1,000-square-foot unit at RPW Group's 275 Madison Avenue.

Verts has 28 locations across Austin, Dallas, San Antonio, Houston, Boston, Philadelphia and New York City.

"We are thrilled to announce the opening of four new restaurants in New York City," Dominik Stein, co-founder and co-CEO, said in the release. "When combined with our existing Flatiron location, these new locations will bring our flavorful menu to culinary enthusiasts throughout New York."

Serving Manhattan, the new locations will offer an updated look and modern aesthetic for a welcoming and comfortable dine-in experience, Stein said. The restaurant will also offer online ordering available for pickup without waiting in line.
