VeganBurg will open 300 stores in California

VeganBurg, a San Francisco-based vegan chain, plans to launch at least 300 stores throughout California.
The expansion marks the official franchise strategy for the eight-year-old fast casual brand, according to a report at LiveKindly.
The announcement reflects the growing interest in vegan-focused restaurants. New vegan fast casual and fast food brands are popping up around the world, from the U.K. to Austraila and New Zealand, noted the report.
