Vapiano opens mountain-view location in Southern France

Vapiano has opened its 14th location under the ownership of Salvatore Perri, this one in the Marseille region of southern France, a news release said. The new site in La Valentine retail park sits amid hundreds of shops and restaurants as well as cinemas and bowling facilities.  

The standalone building faces mountains nearby with restaurant and terrace views and offers six pasta stations in addition to stations for pizza and salads. Within just days of opening, the 530-seat restaurant had already reached its initial goal of serving more than 1,000 guests daily, the release said.
