Urban Bar-B-Que inks deal with pizza joint

Washington-D.C.-based Urban Bar-B-Que Company has inked a deal with Ledo Pizza System Inc., a 100-unit pizza franchisor of the Ledo Pizza brand. The new partnership will initially focus on expanding Urban Bar-B-Que, which has five units, throughout the United States and Canada, said James Beall, president of Ledo Pizza.

"This new partnership is a great opportunity for two leading and award winning restaurant concepts to grow throughout the nation," he said. "We are happy to partner with a great company who shares our commitment to community and great food."
