Uno Dué Go to open flagship location

Uno Restaurant Holdings Corp. is opening its flagship location of Uno Dué Go, a 3-year-old fast casual café concept, at 52 Summer St. in Boston in mid-October.

Uno Dué Go's menu selections include the prosciutto-fig-and-cheddar sourdough bread panini, the Tum Yum chopped vegetable salad, and the vegetarian black bean burger wrap. The restaurant also serves breakfast soufflés, organic and fair-trade coffee, deep dish and thin crust pizzas on all-natural crusts.

Uno Due Go recently announcedanother franchisee deal with FGR Food Corp. to open 30 locations across Texas – the largest franchise deal in Uno's 68-year history.
