Uncle Maddio's rolls out fall lineup

Starting Nov. 1 and for a limited time, Uncle Maddio's Pizza Joint will feature a fall specialty menu that includes Bacon Cheeseburger Pizza, the Loaded Baked Potato Pizza and a traditional French Onion Soup.

"We created our limited time offer fall menu that satisfies seasonal cravings for savory, hearty and hot foods that offer creative and innovative recipes, complementing Uncle Maddio's signature pizzas, homemade salads and toasted Panini menu favorites available everyday," said Matt Andrew, founder and chief pizza maker.

• The Bacon Cheeseburger Pizza features a light BBQ undertone and is topped with mozzarella and cheddar cheeses, bacon, ground beef and red onion; then finished with lettuce, tomato and pickle.
• The Loaded Potato Pizza includes a base of ranch dressing topped with mozzarella and cheddar cheeses and roasted potatoes, onion and bacon. It is finished with sour cream and fresh cilantro.
• The French Onion Soup is topped with caramelized melted mozzarella cheese.
