Fast-casual pizzeria Uncle Maddio’s Pizza Joint is bringing Southeast Asian flavors to its menu with the introduction of two new limited-time only menu dishes, the ThaiTastic Salad and Sriracha Chicken Pizza. Both are inspired by the complex sweet-sour-salty-spicy flavor of Thai cuisine and are available at Uncle Maddio’s locations nationwide through May.

According to the National Restaurant Association’s "2015 Culinary Forecast," Southeast Asian is the No. 5 ethnic-dining style in America. Uncle Maddio’s take on the trend incorporates ingredients such as fresh red onions, purple cabbage, peanuts and Sriracha sauce.
