The franchise group plans to open four additional units in Waco and Dallas by the end of 2015.
According to a news release, Stewart, a former Lockheed Martin engineer turned entrepreneur, partnered with Le Cordon Bleu Paris graduates Janie Stephens and Emily Stephens to bring the brand to Texas.
On opening day, all customers in line from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. will receive a free pizza and one patron will be awarded free pizza for a year.
Additionally, the Austin location will donate a portion of its proceeds from Dec. 15 to the Sustainable Food Center as part of its Green Tables initiative.
