UFood opens first mall location

ROSEVILLE, Calif. — UFood Restaurant Group Inc. opened itssecond California location Nov. 13. The project is part of the $270 million transformation at the Westfield Galleria in Roseville, Calif., and includes the company's first-ever digital menu board system.
The Westfield location is UFood Grill's first location in a mall setting. More locations will be coming on line this quarter in Draper, Utah, DFW Airport in Dallas, and in San Jose, Calif.
