UFood concludes $8.9 million public offering

BOSTON —UFood Restaurant Group Inc. has announced the conclusion of a private offering that raised gross proceeds of $8.9 million.

The private offering of common stock and warrants were sold solely to accredited investors. UFood has raised nearly $11 million in capital which included a $2 million bridge financing.
