UC Hub Group forms new subsidiary, PB Brands

UC Hub Group announced today that it has formed a new operating subsidiary, PB Brands. 

The new subsidiary will seek to acquire, operate and potentially franchise fast casual food service companies. The goal of this formation is to take advantage of the fast casual food industry growth.

"Our entry into the fast casual industry fits in well with our overall diversification strategy and we will continue to seek out new opportunities in this space," said Harsh Shetty, CEO of UC Hub Group.
