Uberrito entering San Antonio

Uberrito is opening this summer in San Antonio, expanding from five Houston-area restaurants and one Phoenix location.
 
The restaurant — located at Fiesta Trails Shopping Center on I-10 at De Zavala Road — is part of a master franchise agreement with SNL Franchise Development, which has the potential to bring more than 100 Uberrito franchise locations across Texas in the Houston, Austin and San Antonio markets, CEO Marcus Jundt, said in a company press release.

"We are thrilled to open a location in San Antonio and introduce a new market to Uberrito's 40+ fresh ingredients and toppings," Jundt said.
