U-Swirl to open eighth location

Healthy Fast Food Inc., parent to U-Swirl International Inc., which owns and franchises U-Swirl Frozen Yogurt stores, has announced that it will open its sixth company-owned store in Las Vegas, Feb. 19.

With the opening of this new location, it will bring the total number of company-owned and franchised U-Swirl's in operation to eight – seven in the Vegas valley and one which debuted in Reno, Nev., this past November.

Healthy Fast Food also recently announced that it has signed a franchise area development agreement to open a minimum of 18 new U-Swirl Frozen Yogurt stores in Phoenix over the next five years.

"In addition to the strong consumer appeal of our delicious yogurts, vast range of topping choices and fun self-serve concept, our customers are telling us that they greatly appreciate U-Swirl's â€˜super store' size, providing generous, comfortable indoor and patio seating," Healthy Fast Food chairman and CEO Hank Cartwright said. "As a result, we have the pleasure of routinely playing host to birthday parties, family reunions and other special gatherings, and providing our guests with a comfortable, safe place to relax, socialize and celebrate."

Guests of the new U-SWIRL store can create their own unique treats, choosing from 20 flavors of premium frozen yogurt, topped with as much or as little of the 70 toppings offered. Moreover, boasting nearly 2,600 square feet of space, the new store will accommodate 65 indoor guests and up to 56 on the outside patio.
