Twisted Root Burger Co has upgraded its back-of-house operations by adding a total oil management solution from Restaurant Technologies, according to a company press release.
"The expectations to maintain excellent food quality have exponentially increased since being featured on the Food Network," said Lauren McMillan, marketing director of Twisted Root. “Efficient, consistent and safe back-of-house operations are critical to maintaining the standards that lead to award-winning restaurants."
In addition to maintaining food quality, the Restaurant Technologies system is helping Twisted Root keep its curb appeal across its establishments, which are primarily located in high-end shopping centers, McMillan said.
"The last thing anyone wants to see are huge tanks of cooking oil being transported through the parking lot," said McMillan. "Now we can keep things simple and clean."
