Turkey Monterey Panini debuts at Corner Bakery

Corner Bakery Cafe has added to its grilled panini selection with the new Turkey Monterey Panini.

The made-to-order Turkey Monterey Panini features smoked turkey, fresh spinach and provolone cheese, layered on sourdough bread with a homemade artichoke asiago spread, according to a company press release.

"We have combined bold flavors in layers of fresh ingredients to craft an unexpected, delicious new panini," said Ric Scicchitano, SVP of Food & Beverage. "The Turkey Monterey Panini is perfect for guests who love our panini offerings but want to shake up their routine."

Also new on the menu is Lemon Chicken Orzo Soup, which combines the flavors of chicken, red and yellow peppers, carrots, celery, onions, tomatoes and orzo pasta simmered in a creamy broth with a hint of lemon. Guests also have the option to pair this soup with a half Turkey Monterey Panini to create a Corner Combo, which averages $7.99.
