Trashy Dawg barking into Alabama

Trashy Dawg, an eclectic take on fast casual dining created by Epic Brands, is opening next month in Huntsville, Alabama.

Located at Bridge Street Town Centre at 355 Bridge St., across the street from Epic's full-service concept, Agave & Rye, the restaurant will feature boozy milkshakes and slushies, craft cocktails served in "Instagrammable fashion, smash burgers, southern-fried chicken tenders, wings and a spin on the classic hot dog, according to Founder Yavonne Sarber, who plans to eventually open several locations.

"We've been extremely excited about this concept and can't wait to share the fun with you," Sarber said in a company press release. " Let's get trashy!"

Trashy Dawg will also feature order-and-pay technology, allowing guests to choose how they enjoy their experience whether it's lounging in a bed on the mezzanine level, sitting at one of the Beverly Hillbillies-themed bar stools or placing an order to-go at one of the self-order kiosks inside the entrance.
