Tous les Jours, offering over 300 artisan pastries, cakes and desserts, has launched a loyalty app and program.
"We are thrilled to announce the launch of the all-new Tous les Jours mobile app, designed to bring our digital-forward strategy to life and offer an even better experience for guests," Sue Han, marketing manager for Tous les Jours, said in a company press release. "With the app, guests can unlock exciting rewards, exclusive offers and convenient ways to enjoy our high-quality baked goods — every day via mobile ordering. Whether a longtime guest or discovering Tous les Jours for the first time, the app gives our customers more ways to savor every bite."
The Tous les Jours app includes easy ordering with a streamlined selection process and the ability to reorder via tap. Order tracking tracks the order status in real time and provides notifications that keep guests informed about offers, product launches and seasonal specials directly on their phones. Additional offerings include secure payment options for a smooth checkout experience and a built-in store locator.
In addition to mobile orders, Tous les Jours has rolled out a rewards program. Guests receive a coupon for a free butter or chocolate chip cookie at the time of sign-up and a free piece of cake on their birthdays.
