Top Round partners with franchise group to grow nationally

Top Round, which opened in L.A. in June 2013, is looking to grow in that market, New York, Dallas, Chicago, San Francisco and Washington, DC.

Sandwich concept Top Round Roast Beef has announced its partnership with Upside Group Franchise Consulting to offer franchise opportunities that will bring the brand national.

Top Round is seeking multiunit operators located in densely populated urban markets such as Los Angeles, New York, Dallas, Chicago, San Francisco and Washington, DC.

Top Round Roast Beef was founded in Los Angeles in June 2013 by Chef Anthony Carron, Noah Ellis, Chef Steven Fretz and James Beard Award Winner Jamie Tiampo.

"As a chef-driven fast-food concept, Top Round Roast Beef combines food of the highest quality that's served fast in a fun, nostalgic setting. Our food is made from scratch and is wholesome, real, and of superior quality." said Carron, who also founded 800 Degrees Neapolitan Pizzeria, in a company press release.
