Frank Paci is number 14 on our list of the 2014 Fast Casual Top 100 Movers & Shakers: People.

Paci left his role as CEO of McAlister's in September 2014 to take the reigns of the Einstein Noah Restaurant Group.

"A lot of emphasis in this industry is on spending more in the area of marketing to get customers in the door," Paci said. "But it's the quality of experience that really impacts whether they come back or not, and this is what drives growth."
