No.18: Erik Oberholtzer

The aim of Tender Greens' founders, Oberholtzer said in an interview last year, was to "fill the gap between the expensive restaurant world we worked in and the cheap-restaurant world we could afford."
Although it started with humble beginnings, the company now has restaurants open in seven cities, with Oberholtzer becoming a leader in using Pinterest to promote his business. He says the hot social media tool is useful not only for reaching out to potential patrons, but also to gather inspiration on what meals to serve, how to display food and what art would look good in restaurants.
