UFood Grill spent a majority of 2011 overseeing the construction of several new units, including two at Salt Lake City International Airport and one at Aberdeen Proving Ground Military Base. Plus, the company announced a 26-unit, area-development agreement with a private investment group of military veterans and a partnership with Euro Cafe for a co-branded concept.

George Naddaff, founder of UFood Grill and Boston Market, is known as the "guru of franchising," and he's got his eye on other airports, hospitals, military bases and health clubs for his new healthy concept.
