The brand is seeking qualified restaurant developers and operators in select U.S. markets. Founded in 1981 by Phil Sanders, the company currently has five Dallas-area locations that serve wood-fired rotisserie chicken, savory chicken enchiladas and legendary side dishes such as twice-baked potatoes.
