Remodeling to create a more modern ambience and the addition of 400-calorie menu items are some of the modifications Fazoli’s introduced in 2010. Over the past several years, Fazoli’s has focused on its enhanced “Aaaahtalian Menu” of “comfort food that satisfies” for customers in the 33 states it holds units. Additional test changes in 2010 included switching from plastic dishes to traditional tableware for dining-in patrons and a complete overhaul of the chain’s menu with great-tasting results.
