TooJay's appoints new CEO

Jim Vinz, formerly the president and co-CEO of Le Duff America, will oversee expansion of the Florida-based company, which currently has 26 locations.

TooJay's Restaurant and Deli recently announced it has named Jim Vinz, formerly the president and co-CEO of Le Duff America, as its new chief executive officer.

Vinz will oversee the expansion of the 26-unit, West Palm Beach, Florida-based company.

"TooJay's distinguished history of producing a superior value dining experience for the entire family has paved the way for a bright future, and I have the pleasure of becoming a part of it," Vinz said in a company press release. "I look forward to helping the team prepare for growth and taking our unique dining concept to more communities around Florida and the country."

In his role with Le Duff America, Vinz was responsible for more than 650 cafes, bakeries and coffee shops in North America, including Bruegger's Bagels, la Madeleine Country Fresh Cafe, Mimi's Cafe and Brioche Doree, among others.
