Togo's will celebrate National Pastrami Day with giveaway

Togo's plans to give away 10,000 of its Hot Pastrami sandwiches on January 14.

Togo's Eateries, Inc. has announced that it will be celebrating National Pastrami Day by giving away 10,000 of its Hot Pastrami sandwiches on January 14.

The 10,000 sandwiches will be given away across more than 250 Togo's locations in the western U.S. Guests must download a coupon and purchase a regular drink to receive their free Hot Pastrami. Customers can download the coupon at www.togospastramigiveaway.com.

Togo's has sold more than 40 million hot pastrami sandwiches since 1971, the company reports.

"Togo's has been serving the best pastrami sandwich for over 40 years up and down the west coast, and we want everybody to know it. National Pastrami Day is a huge day of celebration for us at Togo's," said Renae Scott, CMO at Togo's. "We do things a bit differently from other sandwich shops, and that includes showing our appreciation like this. At the same time, we wanted to make it easy to invite new guests to come try one of our most popular sandwiches."
