Togo's Eateries is reeling its raving fans back in for another taste of its Lemon Pepper Tuna. Available through May 27, guests can choose to have their sandwich prepared as either a toasted melt or a classic cold sandwich at all Togo's locations throughout the West, according to a company press release.
Togo's Lemon Pepper Tuna features 100 percent Albacore Tuna seasoned with tangy lemon, cracked black pepper, diced celery and red onions. The Lemon Pepper Tuna Melt is topped with melted cheddar cheese, shredded lettuce, tomato, red onions, pickles and pepperoncinis on toasted San Francisco Style Sourdough bread. The Lemon Pepper Tuna Classic is served on classic white bread and stuffed with shredded lettuce, tomato, red onions, pickles and pepperoncinis, according to the release.
"Ever since Togo's introduced its Lemon Pepper Tuna over eight years ago, our customers have been hooked on this seasonal promotion," said Renae Scott, vice president of branding and marketing for Togo's Eateries. "In addition to being one of our best-selling limited-time offers, the sandwich also makes a great option for guests who are looking for seafood or non-meat alternatives during Lent."
