Togo's opens in Tracy, Calif.

July 15, 2012

Togo’s Eateries Inc. has announced the opening of its newest location in Tracy, Calif. The restaurant is owned by local resident Byron Bogaard, an existing Togo’s franchisee who also operates a Togo’s in Stockton, Calif. The restaurant is hosting a grand opening event, which will take place from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. on Aug. 25.

“I’m so excited for my second Togo’s opening and confident our guests in Tracy will love our seriously stacked sandwiches as much as I do,” Bogaard said.  “Togo’s fresh, superior-quality products, along with the company’s philosophy of giving back to the communities it serves, are what make me proud to continue to partner with the brand.”

The new sandwich franchise opened its doors July 11 with Togo’s new store prototype, which highlights the deli inspired one-on-one style service Togo’s guests receive, and showcases new design features such as reach-in glass refrigerators, see-through counters and vibrant new décor.

Additionally, as part of Togo’s 40-year anniversary, the company launched a strategic plan for expansion, which includes remodeling options for franchisees to refresh existing units, while continuing to grow the brand in key growth states including, Arizona, Nevada, Oregon and Washington.
