Organic Mexican fast casual Tocaya Organica, which has nine stores across Southern California, is opening an Arizona store this weekend.
The two-year-old brand's first non-California store will open in Scottsdale, Nov., 17 at 1525 N. Kierland Blvd., according to a press release. Founded by hospitality companyThe Madera Group, Tocaya Organica plans to have 12 locations by year’s end.
"We are so excited to bring the Tocaya Organica concept to Arizona and are thrilled at the chance to set down roots in this city," said Tosh Berman, CEO and co-founder of The Madera Group, in the release.
