Tiki Taco names former PDQ exec as CEO

Kansas City-based Tiki Taco has hired Eric Knott, former COO of Florida-based PDQ, as CEO.

"We are thrilled to welcome Eric to the Tiki Taco family," Lindsey Wade, Tiki Taco owner, said in a company press release. "His established reputation and impressive achievements in operations and leadership will be instrumental in guiding Tiki Taco through our next phase of growth."

At PDQ, Knott oversaw all operational aspects and played a key role in the brand's expansion, leading the team to over 40 store openings. He also held positions at Outback Steakhouse.
