Rao's Homemade, a sauce and Italian-inspired food brand, is launching a pop-up experience, The Saucery by Rao's Homemade, in New York City, according to a company press release.

The three-day store is running from April 22 to April 24, giving customers the chance to explore the marketplace stocked with Rao's Homemade products, including limited reserve products and exclusive merchandise.

Customers may sample the variety of sauces and bronze die-cut pasta, explore freshly grown produce and Italian herbs used in traditional Italian cooking, and enjoy wine pairings free of charge with 100% of proceeds for product and merchandise sales donated to Jersey Cares, a local nonprofit and longtime partner of Rao's Homemade, according to the release.

While the sauce shares a history with Rao's restaurant and the Pellegrino family, the restaurant and Rao's Homemade brand operate as two separate entities today and are not affiliated.

To celebrate the opening of the marketplace, Rao's Homemade partnered with actress Busy Philipps to develop an exclusive recipe using Rao's Homemade, which will be available for consumers to try at The Saucery.
