Los Angeles-based The Pie Hole has closed a master franchise deal for all of Japan.

Los Angeles-based The Pie Hole has closed a master franchise deal for all of Japan, which will result in the opening of about 20 pie shops across the country, according to a company press release.

The chain has two corporately-owned locations in Los Angeles and Pasadena, California, and a franchised non-traditional unit at LAX Airport.  A multi-unit group has also signed on to develop parts of Orange County, California.
