The New Miami Subs Grill offering tilapia menu items

April 1, 2014

The New Miami Subs Grill is testing the waters with a new seafood promotion for spring, "Off the Hook." Available in all restaurants for dine-in or drive-thru service during April, the offer showcases healthy new menu additions with grilled tilapia, starting at $4.99, in addition to Arthur Treacher classic seafood baskets, according to a company press release.

"Guests focusing on healthy dining choices will love some of the new grilled fish additions being introduced at The New Miami Subs Grill," said CEO Richard Chwatt. "And those observing Lent will find our fresh seafood alternatives tasty, convenient and at a great value."

Guests have their pick of grilled tilapia or "krispy" Arthur Treacher fish options for the following new dishes, and all grilled tilapia choices can be prepared blackened or with lemon pepper seasoning. The Grilled Tilapia SoBe Pita and Krispy SoBe Pita feature Miami Subs' South Beach sauce and fresh veggies, all wrapped up in pita bread for $4.99. New salad offerings include the Grilled Tilapia Garden Salad and Krispy Garden Salad for $6.49, featuring fresh romaine and iceberg lettuces, vine ripe tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, shredded carrots, egg, black olives, shredded cheese and choice of dressing.

For $6.99, the new Grilled Tilapia Caesar Salad and Krispy Caesar Salad include chopped romaine lettuce, parmesan cheese, Caesar dressing and croutons and served with pita bread.

Fans of the traditional Arthur Treacher Krispy seafood offerings will also reap the savings of this limited-time offer, according to the release. For $5.99, the Fish & Chips Basket includes batter-dipped fish served with Nathans's original crinkle-cut fries, two hushpuppies and tartar sauce, while the Shrimp & Chips Basket, also $5.99, comprises breaded shrimp served with cocktail sauce, two hushpuppies and fries.
