The Mixx announces opening of first Kansas location

The MIxx announced today plans to open its first Kansas location in December. The 4,300-square-foot restaurant will be located in the Hawthorne Plaza Shopping Center at the southwest corner of 119th and Roe in Overland Park, Kan.

The Mixx menu includes build-your-own and signature salads, sandwiches, soup, pasta and wraps, as well as cookies, cupcakes and macaroons.

The new location will also add a fresh press juice and espresso coffee drink bar. The Mixx will also serve a selection of beers, wines and vodka lemonades.
