San Francisco-based The Melt, a chain of 100 percent all-natural, fast casual eateries, announced Whole Kids Foundation is the company's new 'Round-Up' partner.

The 'Round-Up' program encourages guests to round their ticket to the nearest dollar, which funds grants for edible school gardens and fun food education for kids.

Whole Kids Foundation, a Whole Foods Market foundation, operates as an independent, non-profit organization aiming to improve children's nutrition by helping schools, families and kids to make better food choices.

In step with the program, The Melt has also added a kid's salad to its menu to encourage healthier choices for parents and kids.
