The Lost Cajun to expand North Carolina footprint

After its success with its first North Carolina franchising agreement, The Lost Cajun signed an agreement to develop six additional restaurants in western North Carolina over the next four years, according to a company press release. 

Veteran franchisee Steve Galloway will own and operate the six locations to come. 

"I wanted to expand my portfolio with a unique and growing casual dining concept," Galloway said in the release. "The Lost Cajun has proven to be just that and is now seeing rapid growth throughout the country. I am thrilled to bring The Lost Cajun's culture into western North Carolina.
