The Lincoln Eatery, a food hall in Miami Beach, has opened its first pasta concept — Pesto Italian Cuisiner. Inspired by the flavors, traditions and ingredients of classic Italian cuisine, the menu is a combination of traditional entrees found in regions across the Bel Paese, as well as modern dishes boasting a strong Mediterranean influence, said Alan Roth, eatery director.

"We are thrilled to debut our first Italian pasta concept Pesto Italian Cuisine, which offers visitors to the Lincoln Road Eatery a combination of modern dishes inspired by the Amalfi Coast, Sicily and other Italian regions in a fast casual environment," he said in a company press release.

Co-owners Rawar Abou Ammar and Tarek Aboudehen created Pesto Italian Cuisine around nostalgic recipes they grew up enjoying with family and friends.

"Italian cuisine is generally characterized by its simplicity, its fresh ingredients and its distinct flavors," Ammar said in the release. "At Pesto Italian Cuisine, diners can look forward to a simple and flavorful meal that is healthy, reasonably priced and served quickly — the perfect spot for a tasty lunch near Lincoln Road."

Entrees include Penne Siciliana, Seafood Rigatoni, Spaghetti Chicken Alfredo, Simple Linguini and Mushroom Mac & Cheese. For dessert, guests may order Tiramisu, Carrot Cake, Cheesecake or Duo Chocolate for $6.99 each.

Designed by global architecture firm Arquitectonica, The Lincoln Eatery houses 26 fast casuals and grab-and-go concepts in a space that reflects the fast-paced vibe emerging in Miami Beach's expanded Lincoln Road district.
